With over 20 years’ experience in operational and strategic HR leadership across all areas of human resources management, Georgie’s experience includes training and development, performance management, provision of advice of NZ employment legislation and employment relations, culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, attraction, recruitment and retention, health, safety and well-being, policy, remuneration and benefits, workforce planning and organisational design.
Georgie has worked with and within a broad range of organisations including global and local, public, and privately owned as well as government and not for profit organisations, across a variety of sectors including health, education, and professional services.
Georgie holds a bachelor’s degree in education, a Diploma of Teaching, and a Diploma of Business Administration (HR) and is a member of HRNZ (Human Resources Institute of New Zealand).

Lara has over 25 years’ experience in organisation development, and global executive search and recruitment, consulting across a wide range of disciplines. Lara’s clients value her ability to quickly understand their needs and her strong pragmatic and grounded style, which allows her to provide balanced, real solutions to her clients. Her experience has been gained from a wide variety of industries in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Lara also works as a Career Management Coach and Mentor. She works with groups & individuals who may be going through change and may be looking for new career opportunities. She works one-on-one with individuals who are looking for career change or seeking more fulfilment through career development, and she has also designed and facilitated a range of career and change management workshops.
Lara holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources. She is also trained in the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessment for selection and development.

Natalie is currently the Principal of Three Sixty Consulting Limited, a New Zealand professional services firm based in Christchurch and a Governance Consultant with Mitchell Notley and Associates (Business Consultancy specialising in governance and board effectiveness). Natalie is an Independent Director on the Mclean Institute (Charitable Trust) board and has held previous Independent Director positions with Crusaders (GP) Ltd and Holly Lea Retirement Village.
With over 30 years’ experience, Natalie has worked with organisations across a wide variety of sectors leading major projects that include organisation design, business transformation and Executive Search. Natalie also has experience both in consulting and in in-house roles in Strategic Human Resource Management and Leadership Development and Coaching. Her clients have included large private sector organisations; listed companies; local, central, and regional government agencies; non-profits; charitable trusts; educational and health institutes.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in science and is an NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programmer) & NS (Neuro Semantics) Practitioner. She is trained in psychometric assessments, registered with NZCER (New Zealand Council of Educational Research) and is a member of the HRINZ (Human Resource Institute New Zealand) and the Institute of Directors.

With over 5 years’ experience working within Finance teams across a range of sectors including Education and Construction, Ali has a background in Business and Finance Administration Management.
Ali looks after all of Three Sixty Consulting Ltd.’s financials and general accounting activities, and she also ensures all our IT and Business Administration support requirements are fit for purpose and kept up to date.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in coaching and is currently completing her second degree which is a BCom majoring in Finance.

Marie has 30 years’ experience working in the field of human resources and employment relations. She has held HR roles in the electricity industry, central government, the insurance industry and in a large Aquaculture business. Marie is degree-qualified and is a registered investigator. As well as working through the various HR roles, from Advisor to General Manager, during her career, Marie has also been an HR/ER consultant for the past 10 years to a wide range of businesses and organisations across New Zealand. Marie has governance experience, including at a national level. She has managed staff, held senior manager roles, and she is a business owner. Marie builds strong relationships with her clients, who trust her wealth of HR/ER knowledge and experience, value her efficient approach, and appreciate that she also considers the business and strategic context.
Marie is degree-qualified in HR/ER and is a registered private investigator.
